Q: WHERE DO YOU SHIP AND IS SHIPPING FREE?

We deliver worldwide, and every order ships free. Shipping is already included in the price — no extra fees, no surcharges, regardless of destination.

Q: HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Each sculpture is carved to order by skilled artisans. Crafting typically takes 2–3 weeks, with occasional extensions of 1–2 weeks during peak demand. Shipping takes 1–2 weeks after completion. Have a deadline? Contact us right after ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Q: HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You'll receive a tracking number once your sculpture ships. Follow your shipment directly on the carrier's site (DHL, FedEx, or UPS), or drop us a message and we'll look it up for you.

Q: ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL TAXES OR DUTIES?

Import taxes and duties vary by country and are set by your local customs authority. These charges, if applicable, are the customer's responsibility. The carrier will typically collect them upon delivery. If customs contacts you for an invoice, simply forward your order confirmation email.
