Q: CAN I RETURN MY WOOD ART?
Your satisfaction matters to us. If your wood art arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, we'll reship or refund right away — no hassle. Not completely in love with your piece? You can still return it for a refund (excluding shipping costs) as soon as we receive it back.
Q: WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST IN TRANSIT?
All shipments are fully insured. If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier, we'll reship or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Q: HOW DO I START A RETURN?
Simply drop us an email within 30 days of delivery and we'll walk you through the process. Your item must be unused and in the same condition it arrived. Please note: returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.
Q: HOW LONG DO REFUNDS TAKE?
Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Still haven't received it after 15 business days? Let us know and we'll sort it out.
